Stu has spoken about this before.

Knowledge is most certainly valuable, but only when the recipient needs it, and is ready for it.

Design the training so that the exercise is the one doing the teaching, aka Constraint Based Coaching. Athletes will retain more when they figure things out themselves, instead of being spoon-fed.

Themes of the day : Communication, introspection, constant self-improvement, make sure you’ve done everything you can, but don’t be afraid to cut a toxic relationship out. #JJ
